Our daily programming is going to exceed your expectations
Each day we start at sunrise and we end by 10pm. That means you will be getting an abundance of activities to attend each day and a ton of value.
You will have a few class periods where you have many selections to choose from to self-curate your own adventure.
Your epic self-care retreat experience offers many movement classes like goddess yoga, foam rollers, yin yoga, and IntenSati spiritual fitness.
Along with daily guided nature walks, archery, and two swimming pools that will be open daily.
Plus we have one open day at the waterslides for an epic time!
Our Soul Retreats are run solely by a mother-daughter duo so we LOVE seeing tons of them on retreat with us each year.
We find that sharing these activities strengthens the relationship, builds trust and increases the LOVE overall.
We have a huge community of 14-30 year olds who come each year and we put them together in squads.
We also offer exclusive activites JUST for them.
You can even designate them to be in a dorm room just for their age group for 2024 and YOU take a cushy single room all to yourself. :)

Soul Retreat is pleased to introduce a couple of new guest faciltators this year along with past retreat favorites! Our teachers are flying in from all over the USA to share their gifts, training and expertise with you.
Dana Haines, of course, will be leading you through the majority of the activities. as she calls forth her skills, and her various healing modalities.
She is highly trained in the Peruvian Andes' mystical practices, is a Shamanic Practitioner and cannot wait to share her gifts with you at ancient fire ceremonies, offerings to nature, Shamanic journeys and MORE.

Please join me on my most magical retreat to date! I have selected this location after attending retreats here myself, and falling in love with all it has to offer. We will have it all to ourselves! I'm gathering the most amazing facilitators to join me in leading you to your best High-Vibe self!
Many women come to my wellness and spiritual retreat alone and end up creating many new friendships.
Our event starts with check-in from 3-5pm on Friday and departure is 10am on Tuesday. (You don't want to miss the last day as it is super powerful--stay over an extra night if you only have a choice of early am flights)

We HIGHLY recommend you come in a day or two prior to explore the beautiful National Parks.
